Notification of absence form

There is a form on the website
that parent/guardians can use to notify us if your child will be absent. It is called the
notification of absence form and can be found on the Parent Resource Page.
Or use the following link, https://goo.gl/TNGHVZ

Our school uses “Instant Alert” to send out automated notifications and messages about school cancellations, delays, and early closures. Instant Alert can deliver a message to any of your electronic devices (phones, cell phones, computers, etc.) via text message, voice message, and/or email. You can decide which device(s) receive these messages (you can choose one of your devices or more!).

Instant Alert is an internet-based program that allows you to maintain a password protected account. You can log-in to your account to add or change devices and other contact information.
At this time, you are already “entered” into the Instant Alert system with your main contact number that you provided to the school.

This is the number that will be called when the superintendent sends out an Instant Alert message.
If you have never logged into Instant Alert and set up your account with your own personal preferences, we strongly urge you to do so.
If you currently have an account set up, we strongly urge you to log-in and check your contact information as this information is NOT updated or changed by the school.
Please go to https://instantalert.honeywell.com to either create your account or check your existing account. If you have questions or need assistance, please call the school (279-6162). If you do not have access to a computer, please feel free to drop by the school and we will assist you in setting up your account.

roboticsWith funding from the New Hampshire Department of Education for Robotics Education the Inter-Lakes Middle Tier started the first after-school robotics program. On May 12, 2018 New Hampshire schools competed in the First Lego League Robotics Event -- The Hydrodynamic Challenge.
The teams had to make a presentation on a real world water problem and present their research to a panel of judges as well as design and program a robot to solve challenges on a field mat.  The 7th Grade team placed third!
As a first year team this group showed what teamwork and gracious professionalism is all about! The robotics group will begin its second session in September 2018.  Watch for details regarding the 2018 First Lego League Challenge! A special thank you to Hayward and Company for our robotics table https://www.haywardandcompany.com/  Please contact karolbeth.glover@interlakes.org for more information.
