 Introduction to Band Night

All students interested in joining beginning band will need to participate in the introduction to band demonstrations and sign ups on Monday, September 27th in the ILES multi-purpose room.

If students have an instrument they will need to bring it with them to the meeting.  If students would like to rent an instrument we will have representatives from Music and Arts Centers available for parents to rent an instrument.  We do have a limited number of instruments available for students to use if the financial cost is prohibitive. 

Parents and students will learn about the band program.  Sign a band contract and learn about Smartmusic.  Parents are encouraged to bring notebook computers if they would like assistance downloading the Smartmusic program which is used by the band students.  

The schedule for the evening is as follows:

    5:00 Clarinets

    5:40 Saxophones

    6:20 Flutes

    7:00 Trumpets and Trombones

    7:40 Drums/Percussion
